Exchange Policy
- All products are carefully inspected before we ship them out. In the rare event that the products arrive damaged, please notify us and the carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS) immediately ( Within 48 hours ). Upon inspection and approval by the carriers and us, we will gladly replace the items.
- All products must be in original box with original accessories, packaging, manuals,screws, bolts, nuts in undamaged, clean and brand new condition.
- Products that is returned incomplete, damaged, or has been used - if accepted - will require a deduction. The deduction is final. Subsequent return of missing items will not reverse the deduction.
- Buyers are responsible for all freight charges and insurance (including exchange/return).
- Original Shipping freights and insurance are not refundable.
- DVD, VIDEOS and BOOKS will be exchanged for the exact same title only.
